civic design center

SCNO's 2020-21 Civic Design Center team tackled the question of how the Design Center could broaden its brand and impact beyond Nashville. The team proposed a three-pronged approach outlining strategies through which the Design Center could enrich its relationships with corporate sponsors, higher education institutes, and other nonprofits to expand its impact.

Music Health alliance

Our team developed a strategic communications plan, encompassing social media recommendations, a pitch deck, and a partnership framework, that MHA can use to diversify and expand its corporate partnership program. The materials we created have already been used to communicate with potential donors, and we are proud to know that MHA will continue to leverage our work even more in the coming years.

Poverty and the arts

The SCNO & POVA team provided end-to-end technical recommendations for Poverty and the Arts' transition to virtual learning over COVID-19. Utilizing our solutions, POVA will be able to further its mission of providing arts education to Nashville's homeless community, thereby allowing them to retain their independence and regain economic mobility.

Special Olympics Tennessee

The 2020/2021 Special Olympics project team developed a five-year strategic plan for the Unified Champions School program in Tennessee, including recommendations for geographic growth, leadership and sport programming, and financial sustainability. The output from this project included the five-year plan, supplemental operations guides, marketing materials, and a school resource guide to aid the implementation of full programming at the local level.
